Gramercy Park

This gut renovation transformed a one-bedroom apartment in a Neo-Gothic Gramercy Park building, bringing it into the present while honoring its architectural heritage.

The project included new moldings, flooring, a complete bathroom renovation, and a comprehensive kitchen update. To improve the flow of the apartment and maximize natural light, passageways were enlarged and the layout was carefully refined, creating a brighter and more open living environment.
